The Arcadia Invitational welcomes application requests from legitimate media outlets in TV, print, Internet and radio.

Admission to the working press area is only available to media who follow the process below and are approved for media access.

VIDEO streaming or AUDIO streaming of the event is not allowed either live or on demand, except on the ArcadiaInvitational.org website or with pre-arranged permission from the meet director.

To be considered for a media credential, send an email with all information denoted below in blue text to: arcadia.inv.media@gmail.com . Deadline for media credential requests is noon on Tuesday, April 7th.

All credentials requests must originate by email and only from the sports editor for the outlet and must include the following:

• Name of media outlet
• Name and cell phone of sports editor
• Name(s), phone numbers and email address of each media member(s) seeking a credential (approval numbers will be limited).
• Day(s) the event will be covered. 

Priority in approving event credentials will be based on the “audience reach” of each respective outlet and the outlet's consistency in covering the Arcadia Invitational in particular and/or high school track and field in general. Approval numbers will be limited.

PLEASE NOTE:
We will place a hard cap on the total number of approved media members.
We will limit infield photography access to a maximum of one per approved media outlet at any given time.
Any additional approved photographers will shoot from the finish line zone, beyond Lane 9 of the track oval.
No writers/videographers will be allowed on the infield; writers/videographers will have access to a working press room and trackside interview zone.

Deadline for media credential requests is noon on Tuesday, April 7th.  

Notifications of approval or non-approval will be sent via email on Wednesday evening, April 8th.
