AIRPORT OPTIONS

If you plan to fly in to the event, there are five airports located between 23 and 44 miles from the meet location. Due to its size, Los Angeles International Airport often offers the best fares, but that is not always the case. We encourage you to check on-line for fares at each airport.

The five airports in the area include:

   -Burbank Airport – Located 23 miles away. Smaller-sized airport and convenient to Arcadia

   -Ontario Airport – Located 28 miles away, this is a smaller-sized airport and convenient to Arcadia. Also best for avoiding rush hour.

   -Long Beach Airport – Located 29 miles away. Smaller-sized airport; limited airline carriers

   -Los Angeles International – Located 27 miles away. Large airport; might face rush-hour traffic.

   -John Wayne/Santa Ana Airport – Located 44 miles away. Mid-sized airport

HOTEL OPTIONS 

It is highly recommended that you reserve hotels in neighboring cities  outside of Arcadia and Monrovia. The rates in the city are unfortunately steep to due various major local events occurring on our meet weekend.  

You can find much better rates in neighboring cities such as Baldwin Park, Rosemead, San Gabriel, Duarte, Pasadena and West Covina, to name a few.
