Have You Heard What's New for 2008 ???
SATURDAY AFTERNOON QUALIFYING INTO SATURDAY NIGHT!
Fastest nine performers in boys/girls 100, 200, 110H, 300H and 4x100 from the day meet
will comprise the seeded heat at night! Everyone in the day has a chance at night!

AN INVITATIONAL MENS' 5,000M RUN ON SATURDAY NIGHT!
A select field of runners will be participating in this special event. Athletes may
submit 5,000m, 3,200, or 3,000m times in order to qualify into this race!

DEBUT OF THE ARCADIA HEPTATHLON/DECATHLON!
Starting on Thursday morning (April 10th) and concluding just before the next day's
Friday Night Relays, we will have a competition for the boys/girls multi-eventers!
